Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At DD Hair Beauty Supply, product quality, customer safety, and hygiene are extremely important to us. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.

Hair Extensions, Wigs & Hair Products

Because of the hygienic nature of hair products, sales of hair extensions, wigs, lace closures, lace frontals, bundles, braiding hair, crochet hair, ponytails, and similar hair products are final once purchased, except where otherwise required by law or when DD Hair Beauty Supply determines that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.

Customers are encouraged to carefully confirm the desired length, color, texture, quantity, and product before completing their purchase.

Exchanges

An exchange may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must receive approval from DD Hair Beauty Supply before merchandise is returned.

To request an exchange, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number

• The reason for your request

• Photographs when applicable

Please wait for approval before returning merchandise.

Exchange Requirements

Any item approved for exchange must:

• Be unopened, unused, and in its original condition

• Include the original packaging, tags, and accessories

• Show no signs of wear, installation, alteration, washing, styling, or use

• Be returned according to the instructions provided by DD Hair Beauty Supply

Items returned without prior authorization may be refused.

Items That Cannot Be Exchanged

Unless required by law or approved because of a fulfillment issue, exchanges are not available for:

• Opened or used beauty products

• Worn or installed hair extensions or wigs

• Altered, cut, colored, washed, or chemically treated hair

• Custom-made or special-order products

• Clearance items

• Final-sale merchandise

• Promotional items identified as final sale

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact DD Hair Beauty Supply within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the packaging

• A brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review the claim and provide the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

In-Store Purchases

Customers purchasing hair extensions or wigs in store are encouraged to inspect and confirm their selection before checkout.

Hair extensions and wigs are final sale due to hygiene considerations, subject to applicable law and our damaged or defective merchandise policy.
