Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with DD Hair Beauty Supply. We are committed to processing and shipping your beauty essentials as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Custom-made or special-order products may require additional processing time. Processing times may also be extended during major sales, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Free Shipping

DD Hair Beauty Supply offers free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will have available shipping options and rates displayed at checkout.

Shipping Options

Standard and available expedited shipping options are displayed during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error after submitting an order, contact DD Hair Beauty Supply as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including severe weather, carrier service interruptions, holidays, or other transportation delays.

Packages Marked Delivered

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.

If additional assistance is needed, contact DD Hair Beauty Supply and we will help you review the available tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact DD Hair Beauty Supply within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that our team can review the issue.
